Lodging Rental at Bradley Creek Falls Lodge & Event Center includes:

  • House with 4 bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms (12 occ. w/ 2 sleeper sofas)

  • The Mountainside Lodge with three 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartments (6 occ. w/ sleeper sofa)

  • The Mountainside Lodge 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment (4 occ. w/ sleeper sofa)

  • Woodland Cottage with two bedrooms and one bathroom (6 occ. w/ sleeper sofa)

  • Lodging check in is 3pm and checkout is 11am

  • 40 people is the maximum occupancy of the all the lodging


​Venue rental at Bradley Creek Falls Lodge & Event Center includes:

  • Use to the reception center and connecting covered patio area outside reception center, upper tiled veranda area, screened pavilion, lawns & parking areas from 9 am to 11 pm, the day of your event. (Additional set up time by proior approval)  

  • Sixteen 60” round tables with 128 folding chairs and four 8’ & two 6’ rectangle tables

  • Exterior wrought iron tables and chairs (seating for 40), benches and chairs in open areas.

  • Heating/Air conditioning in the reception center and covered patio area

  • Setup and breakdown of all Bradley Creek Falls Lodge & Event Center equipment

  • Use of catering prep area with sinks, refrigerator, warming oven, freezer and microwave

  • Outdoor trash recepticals and trash disposal area

  • Access to a variety of on-site rental equipment including décor items (pricing list available)

  • Wood burning stone fire ring

  • Game room

  • On-site  Property Attendent


Venue rental at Bradley Creek Falls Lodge & Event Center does not include:

  • Decor and/or decorating services (items and services available for additional fee) 

  • China, flatware or glassware (certain items may be available for rental) bakery, alcohol, catering, photographer, DJ/music/entertainment.  We can however provide a referral list of preferred local vendors

  • Setup and/or teardown or pick-up and delivery of outside vendor equipment


Additional Terms and Fees:

  • All fees are subject to NC sales tax of 7.75% and Transylvania County resort tax of 4%

  • $500 set up charge for ceremony at Bradley Creek

  • Rental fee for rehearsal dinner based on number of guests (call for a quote)

  • $525 One time cleaning fee for all housing

  • Bradley Creek Falls is a non-smoking / no pet facility

  • Bradley Creek Falls Lodge & Event Center is not responsible for weather related power interruptions or inconveniences.

  • Non-peak rates and week day rates are available upon request
